About this work
Four angels hold back the four winds with their swords. In the middle an angel places the seal of God on the forehead of a member of a tribe of Israel. Above in the clouds an angel with a cross. In the margin a four-line inscription in Latin. Sixth print from a series of twenty-four on the Revelation of John on Patmos.
