About this work

Standing woman dressed in a blue silk gown with a pointed bodice and a wide ankle-length skirt. Bolero (?) with rounded front panels, trimmed with balls on the shoulders and at the hem. Stand-up collar and under-sleeves with same decoration. Accessories: Hat trimmed with feather, walking stick that can also be used as a parasol, gloves, two-tone heeled shoes. Print from the fashion magazine La Mode Illustrée (1860-1937).
