Unmarried young woman, walking to the left, dressed in a linen fourreau or japon with a scalloped hem. Around her neck, a fichu. On her head, a tulle cap: bonnet à la Béarnaise, with woven colored flowers. Further accessories: earring, flower corsage, long gloves, fan, shoe with rosette(?) and heel. The print is part of the 15th Cahier, 2nd year, from the series Magasin des Modes Nouvelles Françaises et Anglaises. The series consists of 172 fashion prints, published by Buisson, Paris, 20 November 1786 – 21 December 1789.
