About this work

Woman playing the harp, seen from the back, dressed in a tulle dress trimmed with 'rouleaux' of satin. Light blue sash over the bodice, knotted on the shoulders. Hairstyle decorated with flowers. Beside her stands a woman in an identical dress, but with a pink sash, holding sheet music. Print from the fashion magazine Petit Courrier des Dames (1821-1868).
