About this work

Hat of 'crêpe doublé'. Gowns of 'satin de laine'; one with ribbons of satin and the other with a pelerine trimmed with Blonde (bobbin lace). Further accessories: earring, lorgnet, necklace, belt, bracelets on both wrists, gloves, flat shoes with square toes. Print from the fashion magazine La Mode (1829-1855).
