About this work

Two scenes on an album sheet. On the left Christ is shown to the people by Pilate on a podium. In the middle Barabbas is released. Pilate washes his hands in innocence. On the right scene the carrying of the cross. Christ carries the cross to Golgotha. Veronica kneels beside him and offers him a cloth. Behind them the procession with, among others, Mary and John. In the background Jerusalem. The sheet is part of an album.
