The Arrest of Paul in Jerusalem

When the apostle Paul wants to enter the temple in Jerusalem, he is dragged to the ground and beaten by the Jews. Roman soldiers remove the rioters and arrest Paul. In the background Paul addresses the Jewish crowd, shortly after his arrest. Here the image is however used as a depiction of the popular uprising in Ephesus where two Macedonian travelling companions of Paul have to suffer. Above the image a title.
