About this work

In the temple of Jerusalem the Pharisees bring a woman to Christ who was caught in adultery. He must judge her. Christ writes with his finger on the ground and says: 'Whoever is without sin, cast the first stone'. Letters are placed at various elements of the representation. The print is part of an album.
