Wish letter with an inscribed cartouche within a decorative frame featuring fairground scenes, including a man with a peep show and a singer with a pointer stick for a collection of prints on a roll between poles. Handwritten message in calligraphy (New Year's wish) by A.V. Scheltinga to his aunt. Numbered top right: No. 9.
