About this work

Statue of a satyr, holding a bunch of grapes in one hand and raising a wine cup with the other. Over his shoulder hangs the skin of a goat, in his hair he wears vine leaves and grapes. On the base the coat of arms of Vincenzo Giustiniani. The print is part of an album with a series of prints after the sculptures in the collection of the Galleria Giustiniani in Rome.
