About this work

The King of Abyssinia (Empire of Ethiopia) stands in the middle of a group of musical men and to the left soldiers. In front of the group stand two Christians with a cross, seen from the back. To the right the foot of an obelisk on a pedestal on which a palm tree that gives water.
