A man stands before a set table reading attentively in a book. With his left hand he accidentally knocks a bottle and glass of red wine off the table. A dining chair lies overturned on the floor. At the bottom a text urges people to spend their money on books that enlighten the mind instead of on wine that clouds the mind.
