About this work
Two men, a woman, a ghost, and in the background the appearance of a large cat. Stage performance about a monstrous cat ghost that roamed an old temple and disguised itself as a friendly old woman. Triptych with a scene from a ghost performance on the occasion of the retirement of kabuki actor Onoe Kikugorô III, who was known for his ghost roles.
