About this work

Two scenes of John Bull (England) and Uncle Sam (United States) as burglars. While England tries to crack the safe of South Africa, the United States takes Cuba out of Spain's safe and, according to the Clayton–Bulwer Treaty, casually steals the plan for the Nicaragua Canal.
