Temple erected for the house of the imperial ambassador at The Hague in honor of the birth of Archduke Leopold Johan, 1716

Temple erected in June 1716 for the house of the imperial ambassador Arnold baron von Heems in The Hague in honor of the birth on 13 April 1716 of the young Archduke Leopold John (the crown prince died in the same year). Extension decorated with allegorical figures, coats of arms and flags. In front of the house visitors gather with buckets on sticks to catch the wine from the fountain.
