In the lower middle a view of the city with above it the coat of arms of Amsterdam. In the lower left personifications of the four parts of the world - from left to right America, Africa, Europe and Asia - and the river god of the IJ. In the lower right Mercury and the river god of the Amstel, who is offered fruits and grains by Faunus, Bacchus and Ceres. Behind these three figures the city seal with around it fishing nets and fish on drying racks. Orientation: south-southwest at the top.
