About this work

The west side of the Burgerzaal in the Town Hall on the Dam in Amsterdam. In the background in the center the entrance to the Schepenzaal. Above it the statue of Atlas. In the hall various figures are walking and talking. This print was numbered (3) at the lower right, but this marking has been removed from the paper after printing.
