About this work

View of the Second Sint-Antoniespoort, built in 1636, and its associated bridge in Amsterdam, seen from outside the city. A banner with the title is in the center at the top. After the Fourth Expansion and the construction of the First Muiderpoort (1663), this building had lost its function as a city gate. It was to be demolished in 1670. Dutch text on the verso.
