Celestial map of the (spiral) orbit of the sun around the Earth, according to the Ptolemaic system. Centrally, the terrestrial globe with the Eastern Hemisphere. Around the terrestrial globe, a band with the zodiac. The map features a degree scale along the edges. Title cartouches in the upper left and right corners. In the lower left and right corners, a putto with a bird on a string. Numbered in the lower right corner: 17.
