About this work
Three scenes with Amor and Psyche depicted in one room. In the middle lies Amor sleeping on a bed. Psyche sits on the edge of the bed and holds an oil lamp above Amor. On the right sits Psyche with the quiver of Amor. On the left stands Psyche, grabbing Amor by his leg while he flies out the window. Italian text in two cartouches in lower margin.
