Saul orders his guards to kill the priests of Nob for their aid to David. In the foreground, the priests and their families are slaughtered. In the background on the right, the guards who refused to carry out Saul's order (1 Samuel 22:18). The print has a Hebrew, Latin, French, English, German, and Dutch inscription.
