About this work

In a rocky landscape with tree parts, Saint Paul and Saint Anthony sit under a thatched roof in front of a cave. Between them lies an open book and a skull on a large stone. On Anthony's lap lies a staff and next to him a pig is sleeping. In the distance on the right a raven flies with bread in its beak towards the two saints.
