About this work
In the period in which this series originated 'kreupel' was a generic word to describe a physical impairment of the lower body. This series is social satire. A dancing farmer, with a beggar's badge on his coat and feathers on his hat, dances with a woman. Both lean on a crutch. Numbered: 3.
