About this work
A gentleman with a hat on and a fur-lined cloak wrapped around, a walking stick at his left side, seen from the front, depicted twice: right as a line drawing, left more worked out with shading. This print is part of a series of 48 prints (50 incl. title page and dedication page) with various subjects (among others men and women in various poses, landscapes, buildings and festivities in Florence). These prints may have been intended as drawing models.
