About this work
Leda, naked and standing next to Jupiter disguised as a swan who places his foot on her thigh. Behind her Hercules in a cradle, strangles with his bare hands two snakes. Beside him stands Amphitryon and through a window Juno is visible, who sent the snakes. Below the image a two-line text in Latin. The connection between Leda and the little Hercules is unclear. First print from a series of thirteen with the works of Hercules.
