About this work

Banquet at the wedding of Amor and Psyche. Behind a long table, Amor and Psyche sit together with several other figures. To the right, Venus and Hercules sit, and in the foreground, a putto lifts the tablecloth while the bow and arrows of Amor lie on the ground. Behind the table, three Horae (goddesses of the seasons) with butterfly wings.
