About this work

The philosopher and theologian Thomas Aquinas lies at the foot of a tree. On the trunk of the tree is the crucified Christ. The branches of the tree represent the three parts of Aquinas's 'Summa Theologiae'. At the top in the center, God the Father and the Holy Spirit as a dove. A coat of arms in the upper left and upper right.
