About this work
On a tapestry a meeting of the gods is depicted. Minerva and Neptune dispute the possession of Attica. The gods promise the land to the one who can provide the inhabitants with the most useful gift. Neptune creates the horse with his trident. Minerva stands on the land, where she causes an olive tree to sprout. The other gods look on. In the sky Peace and Abundance, carrying the coat of arms of Pope Urban VIII.
