Peter takes the hand of a man sitting by a gate. John stands beside him. Christ appears in the sky. This print is part of (the second state of) a series of 29 representations of paintings and sculptures in churches in Rome, numbered 1-16 and 1-13. (The first state of this series, in which the prints are unnumbered, also includes a title page).
