About this work

Saint and martyr Boniface, Archbishop of Utrecht, depicted in bishop's vestments with a mitre. In his right hand he holds a book through which a sword pierces, and in his left hand a whip and a staff from which a fountain springs. This print is part of a series of Dutch saints.
