About this work

The triumphal arch of Philip at the corner of the Huidevetterstraat and the Meir (front). In the central depiction, the marriage between Maximilian and Mary of Burgundy in 1477. At the top, Jupiter and Juno. Marked top left: page 25. Plate no. 12 in a set of 43 plates illustrating the publication describing the entry of Cardinal-Infant Ferdinand of Austria into Antwerp on 17 April 1635 as the new Governor-General of the Spanish Netherlands.
