About this work

German print with a depiction and description of the siege of Groningen between 12 July and 17 August 1672. At the top of the depiction the portraits of the bishops of Münster and Cologne. Parts of the depiction are sloppily colored in blue, red and yellow. The sheet is surrounded by an ornamental frame which is incomplete at the bottom.
