Allegory in honour of Willem III on his arrival in England with eight scenes numbered I-VIII of the journey itself and preceding events, 1688. Bottom left, under the coat of arms of James II, three scenes of the atrocities under his rule, including the birth of the miller's child; in the middle the arrival of Willem III in England and his entry into London; bottom right, under the coat of arms of Willem III, three scenes of the Prince's departure from the Netherlands and the arrival of his boat on the coast. At the bottom in the middle the formation in which the fleet sailed to England, over which an almanac for the year 1689 has been pasted.
