About this work

Solemn entry of Anjou into Antwerp, 22 February 1582. On a podium in front of the town hall, the duke swears the oath to the city of Antwerp. On the square a triumphal carriage with allegorical figures. With an inscription of 10 lines in German and 2 lines in French. Numbered in the lower left: 178. The print is part of an album.
