The Lean Kitchen. Interior in which a group of thin people eat mussels at a table. A woman breastfeeds a child, a man stirs a pot over the fire. Top right, a thin woman tries to keep a fat man out of the door. With a legend of four lines in French and four lines in Dutch, and an inscription of one line in Latin. See pendant.
