About this work

Wilhelmus of Sann appears in a dream to Margrave Albert of Baden, dressed as a pilgrim. He asks the margrave to build a chapel where he died. The print has a Latin inscription and is the 49th print of a 60-print series depicting the saints of Bavaria.
