Battle of Rocroi in the French Ardennes on 19 May 1643, where the French army under Louis II of Bourbon-Condé, Duke of Enghien, defeated the Spanish army under the command of Francisco de Melo. Representation of the battle, with some riders in the foreground. On the paper around the print, 5 columns of text in Dutch are pasted.
