About this work
Map of the siege of Thionville by the French army under the command of Louis II of Bourbon-Condé, Duke of Enghien, 18 June – 10 August 1643. Main representation in an unmounted ensemble consisting of the siege map and four text sheets. At the bottom, two insets with maps of a detail of the siege works under the city and of the larger area. Also at the bottom, a view of the army camp with tents and soldiers. Ornaments in the four corners.
