Relief of the city of Arras (Atrecht), besieged by the Spaniards, 23–25 August 1654. Arras relieved by the French army under Marshal Turenne from the siege by the Spaniards under Louis de Condé and Archduke Leopold William. First sheet in the bottom row. Part of the siege map with fleeing troops; at the bottom, a portrait of Cardinal Mazarin and part of the cartouche with the capture of St. Paul. Part of an unmounted set consisting of a title page and a large representation on fifteen plates (the half plate at the lower right is missing).
