Demonstration of the use of hose fire pumps by pumping water from the Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal and spraying it over the Town Hall (1672-1673). In the caption the explanation of the letters A-E in Dutch. Above the plate a second plate with text is printed. Plate 22 in the reprint of the Fire Pump Book by Jan van der Heyden from 1735.
