Naval battle at Cape La Hogue where the French under Admiral de Tourville were defeated by the combined fleet of England and Holland under Admirals Russel and Almonde, 29 May to 3 June 1692. On the sheet below the print, a verse on the victory with descriptions of the battle in Dutch and French on either side, and legends A-Q at the bottom.
