Allegory of the Naval Battle at Dogger Bank between the Dutch and British Fleets on 5 August 1781. Prince William V with retinue standing opposite the Dutch Maiden with spear and liberty cap and offering his services. In the inscription a four-line verse and the reference to page 43.
