About this work
Satirical print with two devils with bellows sitting on a smelting furnace. Two eagle heads whisper in their ears. Church ornaments are being melted down in the furnaces. Related to August 1789. With a 18-line verse in French. Part of a large group of prints relating to the events of the Brabant Revolution and the period 1787-1790.
