Illumination at the Oprechte Vaderlandsche Sociëteit in Rotterdam on April 12, 1788, to celebrate the restoration of the legitimate constitution. View of the courtyard of the society in the Nadorstlaan. At the bottom, both sides of a medal struck for the Orangist peacekeepers who maintained order in the streets of Rotterdam in September 1787 after the arrival of the Prussian troops.
