About this work

Willem Frederik George, Prince of Orange, becomes surrounded during the French attack in the Battle of Quatre-Bras on 16 June 1815, but is relieved by the Dutch troops of the 7th battalion. The prince gestures to the troops and promises them a decoration in gratitude. Cut-off copy without texts.
