About this work

Funeral of Queen Wilhelmina of Prussia, the wife of King William I who died on 12 October, in Delft on 26 October 1837. The funeral procession winds across the Grote Markt in front of the Nieuwe Kerk in Delft. Within a frame containing a portrait of the queen, the coats of arms of herself and her husband, the Prussian eagle and the Dutch lion, and the tomb of William of Orange.
