Delft procession of 1862, first and second groups

First and second groups: soldiers of the States Army, standard-bearer on horseback and sailors, numbered 14-37. Part of the series of eight plates of the costumed procession held by the students of the Royal Academy in Delft for the fourth lustrum on June 8, 1862, plus subscription list and member list. The procession depicts the embassy of the Sultan of Aceh to Prince Maurice and the States on September 4, 1602.
