Satirical print on the attempts of Baron van Zuylen van Nijevelt to separate the old and new liberals. The Baron with his hands stuck in the cleft of a tree, the Dutch lion pulling him by his jacket. Plate published in the weekly De Nederlandsche Spectator, no. 11, 17 March 1866.
