Political cartoon on the call for a by-election of the liberal representatives. The city maiden of Rotterdam calls on the city maiden of Amsterdam to re-elect the three liberal members of parliament. Plate published in the weekly De Nederlandsche Spectator, no. 45, 10 November 1866.
