About this work
Healing on the Sabbath. Christ heals a man who has been ill for thirty-eight years at the pool of Bethesda (Betzata). A man is being immersed in the pool. Sick and blind people and people with disabilities are sitting around the water. In the sky, an angel is flying. Below the image, a reference in Latin to the biblical text in John 5.
